Confirm that each site can see and hear each other clearly
In larger settings, participants should identify themselves by raising their hand and verbally introduce themselves to participating sites
Make sure all participants have name cards that can be clearly identified by all participating sites
Technical difficulties can occur, these should either be addressed by lead teacher or site facilitator. If technical difficulties should happen at a content receiving site, students should polity inform the content delivery site.
